On November 24, at about 14:50, at a military base located in the northeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the body of Suren Roman Avetisyan (born in 2001), a conscript in military unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense, was found with a gunshot wound to the head. An investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
