The RA Minister of Defense received the RF ambassador

On November 23, RA Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan received ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Kopirkin and attaché for defense of the Embassy, colonel Igor Sherbakov.

Sergey Kopirkin congratulated Suren Papikyan on assuming the post of Minister of Defense and wished him success in his responsible mission.

During the meeting, a number of issues related to the Armenian-Russian allied cooperation in the defense sphere, as well as regional security were discussed.
