Based on the proposal of the RA Prime Minister, in accordance with article 131 of the Constitution, as well as article 5, part 1 of the Law "On the structure and activities of the Government", by the decree of RA President Armen Sargsyan, Suren Papikyan was appointed RA Minister of Defence.
