As a result of large-scale operative-investigative measures taken by the relevant services of the military police of the RA Ministry of Defence, factual data on the prepared materials were obtained that on September 29, 2021 and on October 15, 2021, the representatives of "PHOENIX MED" LLC carried out a total of 62 samples from the staff of the National Defence Research University of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia for the detection of "Covid-19" epidemic.

Then, respectively, on October 4, 2021 and on October 18, 2021, the latter provided forms of "BIOMED" LLC without PCR laboratory tests with false negative results.

A criminal case was initiated in the Military Police of the Ministry of Defence on the case according to the features of Part 1 of Article 325 of the RA Criminal Code (forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, seals, forms, license plates of vehicles).
