On the 28th of December, 2009 on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border a recurrent trespassing attempt was reported. Around 9:00 o’clock, on the attempt of border trespassing in the RA Tavush marz Eldar Heydar oghly Tagiev was arrested – resident of Alibeyli in the Azerbaijani Tovuz region, born in 1963. International organizations were informed about the incident. A low suit is taken and the facts are being specified.
