Commanding gatherings were held

From August 11 to 13, the gatherings of the commanders of the battalions of the subordinate military units and their deputies were held under the leadership of Commander of the joint group of the troops (forces) of the RA Armed Forces and RF Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Tigran Parvanyan.

An awarding ceremony was held before the start of the commanding gatherings. By the order of the RA Minister of Defence, a number of servicemen were awarded with the departmental medals and diplomas for their conscientious service.

Within the framework of the gatherings, the lectures, practical and demonstration trainings were organized.

The aim of the commanding gatherings was to strengthen the officers’ level of theoretical knowledge and methodological readiness, as well as to improve their practical abilities to organize the service of the troops and plan the combat readiness process.
