Kazakhstan Ministry of Defence Military Attache Col. Mukhtar Maykeev delivered a speech at the MOD Vazgen Sargsyan Military University on 27 March.

The faculty, students and cadets of the University heard his speech titled: "Development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
