Headquarters exercises have taken place in the 1st Army Corps of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia

Two days of headquarter exercises have taken place in the 1st Army Corps of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the aim of which was to examine the command system in place as well as the level of preparedness of commanding bodies and their ability to command forces.

The theme of the exercises was preparation for defense actions. Areal inspection, necessary adjustments, and clarification of the particulars of cooperation on a model of the region were carried out by the administration of the army corps, the commanding staff of subordinate military bases, and service chiefs.

The exercises are aimed at improving the commanding skills of working groups in the corps headquarters, the harmonization of works carried out by commanding bodies and the ability to plan military actions.

The exercises were conducted by the commander of the 1st Army Corps Tigran Parvanyan.
