A delegation headed by Col. Gen. Movses Hakobyan, the chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, attended on January 16 a NATO Military Committee conference of chiefs of General Staffs held at the NATO Headquarters, Brussels.

Two sessions were held formats to include the states participating in the Cooperation Platform initiative and the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan.

The Cooperation Platform session focused on southern Europe’s security and stability challenges and the efforts to overcome them. 

The Resolute Support session was dedicated to the current coalition actions in Afghanistan, the problematic issues and formulating common stances in this regard.
