Russia’s Irkut Corporation delegation visits Armenia

Pursuant to the decision of the 12th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Armenian-Russian Military Technical Cooperation, a delegation of the Russian Irkut Corporation I paid a working visit to Armenia on October 30 –November 3.

During the visit, the members of the delegation met with Deputy Defence Minister and Chairman of Military Industry David Pakhchanyan, and Deputy Chief of Armenian Armed Forces General Staff Gen. Lt. Stepan Galstyan.

The parties underlined the importance to implement the Commission’s decisions as well as to further develop the multi-dimensional cooperation between the Armenian Ministry of Defence and the Russian Irkut Corporation.

A relevant protocol was signed following the talks.
