The announcement of the Central Housing Commission of the RA Ministry of Defense
19 May, 2020 16:24The former servicemen released from the military service in the system of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia with the right of a long-term military pension and registered as a person entitled to have a house during the military service who were not provided with an apartment with free property rights or free state financial support or a plot of land near the house during the military service will be provided with free state financial support to buy an apartment or a residential house through apartment purchase certificates till December 1, 2020 by the decision N 540-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 10, 2019.
The assistance will be provided according to the order of the years of taking the housing account of the beneficiaries, with the following priority:
a) the regions of the Republic of Armenia having border settlements,
b) other regions of the Republic of Armenia
c) Yerevan city
The following sequence of the regions of Armenia has been established.
1) Tavush region, 2) Vayots Dzor region, 3) Syunik region, 4) Gegharkunik region, 5) Ararat region, 6) Shirak region, 7) Lori region, 8) Armavir region, 9) Aragatsotn region, 10) Kotayk region , 11) Yerevan city.
Based on the established priorities, the beneficiaries registered in Lori, Armavir and Aragatsotn regions are offered to update the existing documents related to the case of housing.
In order to update the documents, it is necessary to come to the Social Security Department of the RA Ministry of Defense (address: Yerevan, Babayan St. 4, tel. 010-28-74-41) from Lori region, from May 20 to June 5 inclusive, from Armavir region : from June 8 to June 19 inclusive, from Aragatsotn region: from June 22 to July 3 inclusive, with the following documents:
- A photocopy of demobilization order,
- Photocopies of the passports of the beneficiary and his/her family members (with originals),
- A photocopy of marriage (divorce) certificate (together with the originals),
- A reference from the passport division about the registration addresses of the beneficiary and his/her family members,
- Photocopies of the certificates of the ownership of the apartment (residential building) at the place of registration of the beneficiary and his/her family members, as well as a reference from the passport division about the persons registered in these apartments,
- A reference from the condominium about the residents,
- A reference from the relevant subdivision of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre acting under the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the acquisition (or) alienation of real property for residential purpose in the territory of the Republic of Armenia within the last 5 years in the name of the beneficiary and his/her family members,
- In the case of persons registered in the disaster zone or persons affected by the disaster, as well as refugees, a reference issued by the relevant authority stating that they are not provided with an apartment or appropriate certificates for its purchase.
