The meeting discussed the works accomplished and outlined the proper organisation of future works. Lt. Gen. Davtyan thanked Col. Hayk Karapetyan, the retiring head of the General Staff’s Department of Troops Military Service Safety, for service and rewarded him with a symbolic gift.
