A delegation headed by the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff’s Military Communications Department is set to participate in the first meeting of the intergovernmental working group that will work to set up a joint system of camouflaging the CSTO member states' railways. The meeting will be held in Moscow on 28-29 November.
