A four-strong group of Armenian Armed Forces officers will participate in the Noble Partner - 2018 military exercise to be held in Georgia on 1-15 August. They will hold various positions at the exercise headquarters. The positions have been picked in a way to match the tasks the Armenian units perform in international peacekeeping and stability missions.

The exercise will be conducted jointly by the US Europe Land Forces and Georgia's Armed Forces at the Vaziani and Norio Training Centres. The exercise is not organised by NATO; NATO member and partner countries have been invited to take part in it with their staff officers and units.

The  Armenian Armed Forces' representatives will participate in it on the invitation by the Georgian Ministry of Defence.

In 2017, The Armenian Armed Corces participated in the same exercise by a 40-strong field hospital. The participation of the hospital in the Noble Partner-2018 exercise is not possible as the hospital was engaged  in an international assessment exercise between 22 and 27 July, held in Armenia, and it is impossible to relocate it in a matter of a few days.
