Chief of Military Police visits Bulgaria

A delegation headed by Col. Artur Baghdasaryan, Chief of Military Police, paid a visit to Bulgaria on 5-7 June as part of bilateral cooperation.

Col. Baghdasaryan met with the director of the Bulgarian Military Police Service, Brig. Gen. Borislav Sertov to discuss issues related to boosting cooperation in defence sector between the two countries.

The Armenian delegation also visited Sofia District Military Police Department to study the displayed military equipment and armament.

During the visit, a number of cooperation agreements were reached, including one on the participation of the Armenian Military Police representatives in the NATO Conference of Military Police chiefs, set to be held in September.
