The head of the Armenian Armed Forces Engineer Troops, Maj. Gen. Ishkhan Matevosyan leads a working group that is participating in the 3rd International Demining Conference held at Moscow’s Patriot Exhibition and the Russian Federation Armed Forces International Deming Centre on 21-24 May.
