The Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces General Staff carry out regular activities seven days a week, at any time of the day to ensure combat duty and normal service of the troops.

These works should be comprehensive and nothing should hinder their implementation. Therefore, we urge the organizers of mass events to refrain from blocking the streets in the vicinity of the Ministry of Defence administrative complex, as well as preventing the movement of cars with MoD plates.

Any such attempt will be thwarted.
